HOW HELP IS OFFERED

It is clearly in a client's interest to try to resolve problems in writing as site visits can be expensive because they involve travel.
1. Consultancy visits and by correspondence

The procedure to request a consultancy with a visit or by e mail correspondence is as follows,
-The client sends to Duncan Manley Ltd an outline of the project, problem or other service required. (See needs analysis help forms to aid definition of services needed.)
-Duncan Manley Ltd will then reply with an estimate of what can be provided, a quotation, a timescale and a Terms of Business statement.
-The client must then indicate in writing his acceptance of the quotation and Terms of Business.

2. Consultancy by retainer
A popular arrangement is for the client to receive advice on an 'as required' basis over a period of time by correspondence (e mails). Duncan Manley will answer questions as they arise.
Typically the cost is £150 per month payable 3 months in advance. The fee is adjusted on renewal based on the frequency of requests receive in the previous 3 months.

3. On site training sessions
Training groups of employees benefits because the interaction that can take place between trainer and students.

All consultancy work is conducted in complete confidence.
